in-house quality system. Our plan identifies each project team member,
required tasks, expected duration of each activity, output required
and key dates. The plan is matched against the project program to ensure
conformity with all phases and key dates of deliverable. The plan also
assists our design team in planning and allocating resources where and
when required.
