With Woodside as principal tenant, our role has been to review and amend the developers brief to ensure that Woodside’s specific requirements are met within the overall building services delivery. These specific requirements extend to services such as Uninterruptable Power Supplies, Stand-by power supplies, Electrical and Communication distribution networks. Having established the parameters for inclusion within the design of the building, our role continued in an ‘overseeing’ capacity to ensure that the appropriate systems and design were installed and commissioned. In addition, we have been involved in the design, documentation
and contract administration of the electrical, communication and security
services associated with the fit-outs on Level 10, 11 and 12.
